Anita Errico-Smith has been in the title insurance industry since 1993, all of those years with Chelsea Title. Anita is a licensed title insurance agent for the Florida Dept. of Finance with a background in real estate and banking. She is Assistant Vice President and Business Development Manager and focuses her skills on relationship building in the community and throughout the country in other aspects of our business. Anita is an approved instructor with FREC to teach continuing education courses regarding title insurance.
